All purpose flour
Black pepper, grounded
- Sieve the flour, gluten and milk powder together and keep aside.
- Prepare salt solution with salt and half the measured amount of water and sugar+yeast solution with the remaining amount and sugar+yeast.
- Add the grounded black pepper to the flour followed by the sugar+yeast solution and knead well.
- Next, add the salt solution, orange crush, orange zest and orange emulsion, kneading well to combine
- Add the margarine and mix well until gluten is formed. Keep it aside for around 5 minutes
- Gently deflate the dough and let it rest for another 5 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased mould and bake it at 180 degree Celsius for 25 minutes
