- For the Filling:
Prepare a sugar syrup by heating the sugar, water and chopped prunes till it thickens. Once done, let it cool.
- For the dough:
Sieve the flour, gluten and salt. Add the egg, sugar and water and mix them.
- Next, add the oil and knead until gluten is formed. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Sheet the dough into long triangular shapes and put the filling in the centre.
- Fold the triangles and place them on a greased baking tray. Brush them with egg wash and bake at 200 degree Celsius for 15-20 minutes
