Beer Bread

Ingredients

Flour
3 Cup
Baking Powder
3 Teaspoon
Salt
1 Teaspoon
Sugar
1/4 Cup
Beer
12 Ounce
Butter, melted
1/2 Cup
Yeast
10 Gram

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degree Celsius.
  2. In a large bowl, mix in the dry ingredients and then add the beer.
  3. Add the melted butter to the mixture, mixing until well combined. Keep it aside for 30 minutes and then delfate it.
  4. Pour the batter into a bread mould and bake for 1 hour. Prick a toothpick after an hour to check if its done. If it's clean, then let it cool for 15 minutes before serving.
